Gnoleba Seri, Esq.
Mr. Gnoleba Remy Seri, Esq. is a Business and Human Rights Attorney. He is also a political activist, and an author of an upcoming book on African Politics. He is presently the Founder and President of the Council on African relations, CAR, United States-based independent, nonpartisan, and nonprofit organization founded in 2019 to foster a better understanding between the United States and Africa. CAR also encourages the African diaspora in the United States to actively participate in the American political process.
After earning a master's in business law from the Abidjan School of Law in Cote d’Ivoire, Mr. Seri, Esq. became the Executive Director of Amnesty International Cote d'Ivoire. Upon his arrival to the United States, he served from 1996 to 1998 as Legal Advocate for the African Services Committee, a New York-based organization dealing with West African immigrants. In 1997, Mr. Seri, Esq. attends the City University of New York, School of Law, where he graduated with his Juris Doctor in 2000. Immediately after law school, Mr. Seri, Esq. worked as the Directing Attorney for the CUNY Immigrants' Center.
Leading a successful career in law, Mr. Seri, Esq. is an established attorney and legal advisor with more than 20 years of professional experience. He founded his law office, which he manages since more than two decades. During this time, Mr. Seri, Esq. also serves as Chairman of Seri & Associates, to focus on public relations between the US and Africa, as well as offering strategic advice for governmental affairs. He also works with African and American clients to assist them in finding investment opportunities and capital resources in both the US and in Africa.
Lastly, Mr. Seri Esq. is the president of multiple organizations, including the African Chamber of Commerce in the United States, a business organization that supports African-owned businesses in America. In addition to his full-time work, Mr. Seri, Esq. regularly participates in business and chamber of commerce conferences. He speaks on navigating the business scene in America and Africa.
