His presentations focus on how to do business in the United States and how to navigate business environments in various African countries.
Gnoleba Remy Seri is the Founder and President of CAR. Mr. Seri is an attorney and business consultant who regularly speaks to businesses and chambers of commerce in both the United States and Africa. His presentations focus on how to do business in the United States and how to navigate business environments in various African countries. Additionally, he gives talks throughout the United States on legal issues pertaining to immigrants. He also serves as chairman of Seri & Associates, which provides strategic advice focused on government affairs and public relations. Mr. Seri managed a private law practice for more than 15 years. Prior to moving to the United States, he served as executive director of Amnesty International Cote d'Ivoire. Attorney Seri holds a Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law and is presently licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.

Dr. Limota Goroso Giwa is a grassroots leader and member of the Governing Council of Huairou Commission, a global movement of grassroots women’s organization representing a constituency of close to one million women in poor urban, rural, and indigenous communities worldwide. Dr. Goroso Giwa is a prolific writer, feminist and renowned activist for women’s human rights and peace. Dr. Goroso Giwa serves as the Executive Director of the International Women Communication Center (IWCC), a women’s human rights NGO committed to promoting and protecting the rights of women, girls, and vulnerable groups in Nigeria. Dr. Goroso Giwa is also the vice chair of the transition monitoring group in Nigeria, coordinating over 450 civil societies, and sits on the Board of WAEON, representing TMG Nigeria in sub-regional grouping. At CAR, Dr. Goroso Giwa is responsible for implementing the organization’s mandate of gender promotion in Africa and more specifically in Nigeria.
The Board of Directors oversees CAR’s operations. This body is responsible for reviewing and advising with respect to all programs and entities within CAR. The BOD considers carefully the
strategies submitted by all CAR’s structures and programs, conducts its own review and recommends budgets.
